Thappad Story Line: Amrita(Taapsee Pannu ) and Vikram(Pavail Gulati) play Amrita's husband role. Amrita's husband host a success party at his home and due to some office problem he slapped his wife Amrita and this hurts Mmrita and she changed in life and take decision in her life and how the short out the problems and besides this, some characters are around it are have the same problem of domestic violence and how they face them.

Movie Review: In Thappad Taapsee Pannu play a housewife role which cares much about her husband from morning to evening and she does everything to make her family happy and she doesn't know cooking but she tries to cook for her husband. Her husband is work in an office and he tries to shift in London office and he get chance and organize a party for his success and that night suddenly he received a call he work in under of another head he disturbs and  argue with his boss and suddenly Taapsee come and try to say don't because party is going on and he slapped Tapsee in front of all the guest and this hurts Tapsee and she decides to divorce  and story play around this  about this
finally, the movie is very good and shows the domestic violence  of women how the bear the torture either it could be mentally or physically and what they compromise with her life and make her family happy and how women do not take everything seriously in her life
The movie is a social message for every human being because of especially men think they men and they have the right to do anything with women because they are(Mard) and very women who teach other women that bear the torture  because for family
